Hi friends! We are Jennie and Nick, the husband and wife team behind Mulberry Homes. When we're not busy taking care of our guests and clients, we can usually be found covered in sawdust and paint, DIY-ing projects at our home or next fixer upper. 

Our journey began in 2015 with a single rental property, which we completely gutted and transformed with A LOT of sweat equity. Over the last 10 years, Mulberry Homes has blossomed into a thriving real estate and design company. With a growing portfolio of short-term and long-term rental properties that we've designed and renovated, we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and creativity in the industry. Our namesake, the Mulberry tree, symbolizes wisdom, protection, and growth - values that we strive to embody in every aspect of our business and pass onto our clients and guests.

Nick is mostly behind the scenes, while Jennie takes the reigns and handles the operations of Mulberry Homes. As a seasoned 5-star Airbnb SuperHost and VRBO Premier Host, Licensed REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite, Certified Home Stager, and a graduate of the prestigious Interior Design program at New York Institute of Art and Design, Jennie brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her exceptional talent and dedication have earned her numerous accolades, including 5-star reviews across every platform and nominations for New York Institute of Art and Design's Graduate of the Year in 2021. In addition, as of 2025, Mulberry Homes is a fully licensed General Contracting company and offers design and project management services for renovations and interior design projects (ROC357133).
