Please schedule a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation and we can discuss more about your project and ensure we are a good match for your needs.

Each project is unique based on the scope of work involved. We do not have any "set" prices beyond our consultation fees. 

We will start with a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation where we discuss the project overall and make sure we are a good fit. Then from there will do an "in home consult" to better understand the space and your needs. Then we will be able to produce a quote that will be specific to you, your needs and your space/design criteria.  

We offer a complimentary 20 minute max phone consultation before you commit to hiring us for your project.  From there,  depending on your project and personalized needs, we will either schedule an in-person consultation or a scheduled phone consultation.  

In-person Design Consultations: 

$150/hour, 2 hour max. Plus travel time. 

In-person Home Staging Consultation:

$150, 1 hour 

AirBNB Start-up Phone Consultations: 

$250/hour, 2 hour max

Mulberry Homes is a real estate and design company, with a portfolio of short-term rentals and investment properties.  The co-founder, Jennifer Caterinacci, is a Licensed REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite, certified Home Stager, seasoned AirBNB Superhost, VRBO Premier Host, and Owner/Designer for Mulberry Homes. We are not contractors. However,  if your project requires it, we do have recommendations for trades, GCs and subcontractors. 

For all designs, as well as any materials or fixtures we purchase on your behalf, you will receive an estimate and invoices from Mulberry Homes.  You will receive  separate invoices from the trades for their work and labor.   Mulberry Homes will not do any of the hiring,  or make any payments to any of the contractors or trades. Hiring and Payments must be made by client to the trades directly. 

Yes, Mulberry Homes purchases properties off-market, directly from Sellers or from the MLS! We can offer flexible terms to make the sale of your home and move as convenient as possible for you.  Since Jennie is a licensed REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite, she also has access to an extensive network of buyers / sellers through the MLS if you would prefer a traditional transaction.
