Mulberry Homes offers a wide variety of services. Jennifer "Jennie" Caterinacci is the Lead Designer & Licensed General Contractor for Mulberry Homes. Jennie is also a Licensed REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite, Certified Home Stager, Seasoned AirBNB Superhost & VRBO Premier Host.  

We can help with one-time consultations to complete home design & remodels!

Each project is unique based on the scope of work involved. We do not have any "set" prices beyond our consultation fees. 

We offer a complimentary 20 minute max phone consultation before you commit to hiring us for your project.  From there,  depending on your project and personalized needs, we will either schedule an in-person consultation or a scheduled phone consultation.  

Design / Home Staging Consultations: 

$150/hour, 2 hour max.  

AirBNB Start-up Consultations: 

$250/hour, 2 hour max

Yes, Mulberry Homes purchases properties off-market, directly from Sellers or from the MLS! We can offer flexible terms to make the sale of your home and move as convenient as possible for you.  Since Jennie is a licensed REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite, she also has access to an extensive network of buyers / sellers through the MLS if you would prefer a traditional transaction. 

Mulberry Homes currently invests in North Scottsdale, Central Scottsdale, Old Town Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, and Buckeye.
